Senior Quality Assurance Manager

We are seeking a seasoned Senior QA Manager to lead our testing efforts and drive quality excellence across multiple teams. As a key member of our product organization, you will play a critical role in shaping our testing strategy, mentoring junior team members, and collaborating closely with cross-functional stakeholders.

About the Role:
  • Develop and implement comprehensive test strategies to ensure high product quality, covering features, releases, and systems across multiple teams.
  • Mentor, guide, and grow a team of QA engineers through technical and process coaching, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
  • Collaborate closely with Product Managers, Engineers, and DevOps to align on quality goals, driving release readiness and ensuring seamless execution.
  • Lead manual and automated testing efforts to identify and cover edge cases, improving overall product reliability.
  • Proactively identify quality risks and own mitigation planning, working closely with automation engineers to improve CI/CD pipeline integration and coverage.
  • Report key quality metrics to stakeholders, championing continuous improvement in QA processes, tools, and test architecture.
Requirements:
  • 8+ years of professional experience with recent 2-3+ years as a Lead.
  • Strong experience in web application and API testing.
  • Solid automation experience for API and Selenium using Python/Java.
  • Experience working in agile teams with fast release cycles.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Comfortable working with distributed teams and across time zones.
