Job Title: Hospitality Operations Coordinator

We are seeking an experienced and skilled individual to join our team as a Hospitality Operations Coordinator. As the primary point of contact for our international guests, you will be responsible for handling booking enquiries in a friendly and efficient manner.

You will receive comprehensive training from our team to ensure you have the necessary skills and knowledge to handle emails, tasks, and other responsibilities effectively.

To succeed in this role, you should possess a degree in tourism or Public Relations, and have strong communication skills (written and verbal). Additionally, you should be proficient in using computers and have good typing skills.

Responsibilities:
  • Answer booking enquiries of guests in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Paying attention to the guest's requirements to ensure understanding of enquiries and providing an appropriate response.
  • Provide accurate information regarding availability, accommodation types, areas etc.
  • Assist with marketing tasks when needed.
Qualifications:

A degree in tourism or Public Relations will be preferred. The successful candidate should be fluent in English (excellent grammar), have strong communication skills (written and verbal) and good computer skills.

It is essential that the candidate has an interest in the travel and hospitality industry and is flexible to work evening and weekend shifts.
