Job Overview

The Master Data Management (MDM) role plays a pivotal part in maintaining data integrity across systems and driving scalable finance operations aligned with organizational growth.

This position requires a strong focus on master data management, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information across various categories.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and maintain master data for SKUs, prices, recipes, and store profiles.
  • Support the development of new products by setting up accurate SKU and recipe information within the system.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and validation of data.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for SKU corrections and reporting.
  • Work closely with the Tech team to implement and deploy system changes.
  • Maintain high standards of data accuracy for both internal and external reporting purposes.
  • Regularly monitor, validate, and update master data to ensure consistency and correctness.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Commerce or a related field (MBA preferred).
  • Experience: 1-2 years in a similar MDM or finance support role.
  • Technical Skills:
    • Strong knowledge of business processes and approval workflows.
    • Advanced Excel skills.
    • Experience working with ERP systems and data management tools.
    • Ability to manage large datasets from multiple sources.
  • Personal Attributes:
    • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
    • High attention to detail and accuracy.
    • Ability to manage multiple tasks under tight deadlines.
    • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
