Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Data Management Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining and updating item master data in NAV, as well as vendor master data.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Maintain Item Master in NAV: Create, update, and maintain product codes, descriptions, categories, pack sizes, and other relevant attributes.
  • Vendor Master Data: Maintain and update vendor information, including pricing and other key attributes.
  • Transit Days: Record and regularly update transit days for DC–vendor combinations.
  • Data Accuracy: Ensure data accuracy and consistency by running regular validations and checks.
  • Data Support: Support resolution of data-related issues in collaboration with sourcing, planning, and purchase teams.
Key Skills & Competencies:
  • ERP Systems: Hands-on experience with ERP systems (Microsoft Dynamics NAV preferred).
  • MS Excel: Strong MS Excel skills (pivot tables, lookups, formatting; macros knowledge is an advantage).
  • Data Handling: Ability to handle large data sets and maintain high accuracy.
  • Analytical Skills: Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Coordination: Strong coordination and communication skills to work with multiple teams.
