Job Summary

We are seeking a Data Management Specialist to take ownership of data management activities for our clinical studies. The role requires end-to-end responsibility for data collection, cleaning, storage, quality control, and preparation of datasets for analysis, ensuring accuracy, integrity, and compliance with research standards.

About the Role

  • Data Entry and Validation: Ensure timely, accurate, and complete data entry and validation.
  • Data Cleaning and Query Management: Perform data cleaning, query management, and discrepancy resolution.
  • Data Reports and Datasets: Prepare data reports, summaries, and datasets for interim and final analyses.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate closely with clinical investigators, study coordinators, and statisticians to support study outcomes.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Educational Background: Master's or Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Clinical Research, Biostatistics, or a related field.
  • Experience: 1-3 years of experience in clinical data management (academic or industry setting).
  • Skillset: Strong attention to detail, organizational, and documentation skills.
  • Additional Requirements: Familiarity with Good Clinical Practice (GCP) and data management workflows preferred.
