Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Product Development Professional to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for handling the life cycle of products, including forecasting, market intelligence research, product improvements, discontinuations, pricing & margin analysis.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the product development team in ensuring accuracy of product data and information across various platforms and systems.
  • Prepare all required documents for new product introductions and ensure timely processing through all systems.
  • Troubleshoot product & system related issues and drive implementation of change as necessary.
  • Assist in new product development from concept to commercialization, including voice of customer research, customer & product definition, value proposition definition, product launch management and sales training development and support.
  • Perform various analyses, including assessment of competitive landscape, marketing analytics, sales analysis, etc.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution in an applicable field with strong analytical abilities and a general knowledge base of biological sciences.
  • M.B.A. and/or MS/Ph.D. in Life Sciences desirable.
  • Previous work experience in the field of antibodies or immunoassays is preferred.
  • Strong communication (written and verbal), interpersonal, relationship building, project management and planning/prioritization skills.
  • Ability to adapt communication to accommodate audience diversity and may communicate internally at higher levels.
  • Experience with Agile, Oracle, & E1 is beneficial.
