About Our Role
We are seeking an exceptional Office Administrator to support our team's operational backbone.
Key Responsibilities
The successful candidate will play a vital role in:
- Ensuring seamless and efficient work environments through HR support, including onboarding, and aligning policies with global practices and local regulations.
- Steering the transition of setting up a new independent office, handling coordination with architects, utilities, and IT providers, and planning equipment procurement.
- Coordinating visitor access, external events, site inductions, and addressing local stakeholder and legislative matters to ensure compliance with standards.
- Managing administrative tasks (filing, copying, printing, scanning, binding, travel, and expenses) and streamlining office operations, procedures, and events.
Main Stakeholders
You will collaborate closely with:
- Global Office Management team.
- Leadership team.
The Ideal Candidate
We look for someone with:
- Proven experience in facility management, operations coordination, and HR support, with great organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
- High communication and interpersonal abilities, ensuring productive relationships with internal teams and external contractors.
- The ability to thrive in a diverse environment and excel at handling a variety of tasks.
- Fluency in Spanish and English, with a solid knowledge of MS Office.
- Detailed, structured, and thorough approach, with resilience, a service-minded attitude, and a positive can-do attitude.
