Job Title: HVAC Design Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced HVAC design specialist to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare detailed HVAC designs and layouts for industrial projects, including warehouses, admin buildings, medical centers, electrical buildings, and support facilities.
  • Develop and manage Revit models, including HVAC and plumbing systems, and extract material schedules for all services mentioned.
  • Collaborate with other disciplines to gather inputs and coordinate project activities.
  • Provide practical understanding of structures, specifications, and details drawings for buildings.
  • Ensure timely completion of work assigned by the engineer.

Requirements:

  • 2-7 years of experience in HVAC design, drawings, and 3D modeling in Revit.
  • Excellent knowledge of Autodesk Revit MEP, HVAC systems, and HVAC design.
  • Ability to prepare Revit families for different types of valves or joineries as required.
  • Good communication and collaboration skills.
