Job Title:

HVAC Modeler for Industrial Projects

  • Design and develop HVAC layouts, sections, and 3D models in Revit software.
  • Create custom Revit families for various types of valves or joineries as required in each project.
  • Extract material schedules for all services mentioned and prepare detailed drawings under the guidance of a design engineer.

About Us: We are looking for an experienced HVAC modeler to join our team. As a key member of our industrial projects division, you will be responsible for designing and developing HVAC layouts, sections, and 3D models in Revit software.

Requirements:

  • Degree in MEPF draughtsman ship or equivalent experience.
  • 2-7 years of experience in HVAC design, drawings & 3D models in Revit.
  • Proficiency in Revit MEP & AutoCAD.

Skills Required:

  • Able to handle multi-discipline projects.
  • Possess practical understanding of structures, specifications, and details drawings for buildings.
  • Ability to accept responsibility and complete work assigned within time frame.
