Job Title: Senior Manager of Utility Operations

We are seeking an experienced and skilled professional to lead our utility management operations. This role requires a strong technical background in electrical systems, as well as expertise in maintenance management, compliance protocols, and team leadership.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Utility Management: Oversee daily operation and preventive/corrective maintenance of all utility systems, including electrical systems, HVAC systems, water treatment plants, and pumping systems.
  • Maintenance Scheduling: Develop, implement, and monitor preventive maintenance schedules to ensure high equipment uptime and reliability.
  • Compliance & Safety: Ensure adherence to statutory and safety regulations, including electrical safety, environmental norms, and ISO standards.
  • Energy Efficiency: Track and analyze energy consumption, implement cost-effective energy-saving initiatives, and optimize power usage.
  • Projects & Improvements: Plan, execute, and manage facility improvement and modernization projects.
  • Breakdown Management: Respond promptly to breakdowns, ensuring minimal downtime and quick restoration of services.
  • Team & Vendor Management: Lead and mentor the utility engineering team, while coordinating effectively with contractors, vendors, and service providers.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Strong technical expertise in electrical systems and utilities operations.
  • Minimum 20 years of experience in utility management within a manufacturing/industrial environment.
  • Proven experience in maintenance management, compliance protocols, and team leadership.
  • Excellent understanding of Electrical Systems, Utilities Operations, and Maintenance Management.
  • Proficiency in Energy Efficiency and Cost Control.
  • Solid knowledge of Safety Regulations and Compliance.
  • Strong Team Leadership and Vendor Management abilities.
