Technical Lead Position

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced technical lead to spearhead software development projects from inception to deployment. The ideal candidate will possess expertise in PHP, Laravel, and frontend technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and React.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of software development projects
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of requirements
  • Ensure code quality, scalability, and maintainability through rigorous testing and code reviews
  • Mentor and guide junior developers to enhance their skills and knowledge

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field
  • At least 3 years of proven software development experience
  • Strong expertise in PHP and Laravel
  • Frontend experience with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and React
  • Database knowledge: MySQL/PostgreSQL
  • Solid understanding of software development life cycles (SDLC) and Agile methodologies
