Job Description

We are seeking a Lead FullStack Engineer to guide our technical direction, mentor engineers, and ensure the successful delivery of scalable, high-quality software solutions.

You will work across the stack, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and drive innovation and excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop fullstack applications using Java, TypeScript, JavaScript, Angular or React
  • Architect scalable systems and adhere to software development best practices
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to align technical solutions with business goals
  • Drive adoption of CI/CD, microservices, and cloud-native practices
  • Mentor junior engineers and lead code reviews
  • Continuously improve system performance, reliability, and maintainability

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you should have:

  • 6+ years of experience in fullstack development
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, Software Engineering, or a related field
  • Strong proficiency in Java, TypeScript, JavaScript, Angular or React
  • Experience with CI/CD, microservices, and cloud platforms
