Key Responsibilities
  • Design and develop accessible, interactive data visualizations using React, Raphael JS, and SVG, ensuring alignment with WCAG & ARIA standards.
  • Maintain clean, semantic, and accessible code across HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
  • Conduct thorough accessibility testing (using automated tools like Axe, Wave, Lighthouse, as well as manual testing).
  • Collaborate closely with design and UX teams to create visually appealing and fully usable tools.
  • Document accessibility best practices and maintain consistent guidelines.
  • Stay up-to-date with emerging accessibility standards and visualization best practices.
Requirements
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in front-end development, preferably with visualization tools.
  • Strong skills in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and React.
  • Proficiency in Raphael JS and SVG for building data visualizations.
  • Sound understanding of WCAG and ARIA standards.
  • Experience with version control systems such as Git.
