Job Title: Salesforce Solution Architect

Job Description:

We are looking for a highly skilled Salesforce Solution Architect to join our team at Milestone Technologies, Inc.

About the Role:

As a Salesforce Solution Architect, you will be responsible for designing and implementing Salesforce solutions that meet the needs of our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Conduct research into clients' use of Salesforce and produce reports with recommended steps and a roadmap for Salesforce solutions.
  2. Collaborate with colleagues and customers to create prototypes and proofs of concept as a means of eliciting and defining requirements.
  3. Review solutions and recommend improvements.
  4. Groom and refine the Salesforce product backlog in liaison with stakeholders on the project.
  5. Owning the design of Salesforce and (optionally) other affiliated solutions for Sales, Service, and platform solutions.
  6. Acting as a release manager, approving configuration and coded items to be deployed between environments, where appropriate, including deploying changes.
  7. Providing guidance on user story writing style.
  8. Ensuring success and acceptance criteria are defined for each story.
  9. Describing and illustrating designs with appropriate justifications.
  10. Ensuring documentation of the steps for testing.
  11. Grooming and refining the Salesforce product backlog in liaison with Salesforce SMEs.
  12. Supervising the configuration, quality assurance, testing, and deployment of Salesforce.
  13. Collaborative project and workstream planning.

Requirements:

  1. A minimum of 8 years' experience in a solution and technical design role in delivering Salesforce projects.
  2. Excellent communication skills, written, verbal, and interactive when online.
  3. A minimum of Salesforce certified in Administrator, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Field Services and Financial Service Cloud, Voice Cloud, Experience Cloud, Data Cloud, Digital Engagement, Platform App Builder, Application Integrations (Tableau, Amazon Connect, ServiceNow, Workday, Cloud data Warehouse, Google Cloud Storage, Docusign, OneLogin/Okta), Environments: Omni Studio, Experian, Apigee/GCP, Bringg.
  4. Proactive personality with a can-do attitude.
  5. Excellent relationship-building skills.
  6. Strong analytical skills, with the ability to observe trends and actively make suggestions based on the results.
  7. Available and responsive to questions, clarifications, and instructions.
  8. Ability to tailor communication to multiple audiences at all levels.
  9. A self-starter experienced in leading projects or delivery work streams.
  10. Outstanding written communication skills.
  11. Ability to demonstrate concepts visually and in writing in a way that enables stakeholders to decide with confidence.
  12. A strategic approach to solution design with proven ability to develop and execute tactical plans to support the strategy.

Qualifications:

  1. A Bachelor's/Postgraduate degree or professional qualification in Business, Computer Science, Marketing, Finance, or a similar field of study.
  2. Salesforce Architecture certifications.
  3. Active in the Salesforce community.
