Our team members possess strong leadership and communication skills, with technical knowledge of molding processes and materials. They are problem-solvers with decision-making abilities and proficient in APQP related documentation and PPAP, FMEA and Control Plan.

Main Responsibilities:

• Production scheduling, monitoring, reporting & MIS.
• Productivity Improvements
• Preparing the Process Parameter and other Process Documents
• Manpower allocation and people development
• Ensure adherence to the quality systems (TS and EMS)
• Maintaining the 5S and Safety in the department
• Preparation of the Monthly Performance Objectives.
• Managing Secondary operations.
• Coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance of molding machines.
• Troubleshoot molding issues and implement corrective actions.
• Train a team and mentor them adaptability towards optimum productivity.
• Capable to optimize/ improve the molding cycle time.
• Analysis of customer complaints, In-process rejections and implementing corrective actions.
• Foster a culture of safety, accountability, and continuous improvement.
• Hands-on experience in running injection molding machines and accessories.
• Capable in new tool trials for plastic part.
• Capable in different types of plastic material processing.
• Re-conciliation on the RM/ WIP stocks at the month end.
• Knowledge in Personal Protective Equipment while working.
• Inform near miss incidences, unsafe condition immediately.
• Ensure minimum environmental impact in the process being carried out by using the controls on the machine / equipment as per daily check sheet.
• Regular monitoring & measuring energy performance.
• Prevention of pollution, energy reduction, Reduce the depletion of natural resources and maintain the safe working environment in the organization.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Mechanical Engineering Graduate / CIPET.
• Around 12~15 years of experience in production function of Engineering Industry.
• Strong leadership and communication.
• Technical knowledge of molding processes and materials.
• People Development & Teamwork.
• Problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Knowledge in the APQP related documentation and PPAP, FMEA and Control Plan.
• Knowledge of SAP.
• Knowledge of DOE for the Molding Process.
