We're seeking a highly skilled and innovative designer to lead the creation of engaging sports fan experiences.

Role Overview

As an Immersive Sports Experience Designer, you'll be responsible for developing visually stunning and user-friendly products that meet the evolving needs of our global audience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop the overall visual direction and design strategy for our products.
  • Design and deliver high-quality user interfaces that balance aesthetics and usability.
  • Create scalable design systems and component libraries to ensure consistency across the brand.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align design decisions with business goals and user needs.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in UX/UI design.
  • Contribute to the growth and development of our design team through mentorship and knowledge sharing.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in digital product design, preferably in media or sports platforms.
  • A strong portfolio showcasing both top-tier visual design and thoughtful UX solutions.
  • Mastery of Figma and relevant prototyping tools.
  • Ability to connect visual execution to user needs and business priorities.
  • Comfortable working cross-functionally and presenting work to stakeholders at all levels.
  • Experience mentoring designers and advocating for design excellence within a team or company.

  • Redesign our personalized home feed and article reading experience.
  • Launch community-first features like polls, reactions, loyalty rewards, or gamification elements.
  • Shape the visual identity of our newsletters and editorial storytelling assets.
  • Build internal tools for editorial and community managers.
  • Evolve and maintain a lean design system that scales with our growth.
