Drive innovation and unite clients and their goals across services.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and Execute creative strategies that align with the company's brand, vision, and business goals.
  • Lead and manage a team of copywriters, providing mentorship and fostering a culture of creativity and innovation.
  • Collaborate closely with designers to ensure words and visuals work seamlessly together.
  • Cross-functional collaboration with marketing, product, and sales teams to develop innovative content and experiences.
  • Oversee the development of marketing campaigns, advertisements, and brand assets, ensuring brand consistency across all platforms.
  • Conceptualize and execute big ideas for integrated campaigns.
  • Write across formats, including ads, scripts, social media, long-form content in both Hindi and English.
  • Manage budgets, timelines, and creative resources efficiently.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Advertising, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2-3 years in a creative leadership role, preferably in an agency or in-house marketing team.
  • Strong expertise in storytelling and campaign development.
  • Proven ability to inspire and manage a team of creatives.
  • Excellent presentation and interpersonal skills to convey ideas effectively.
  • Ability to balance creativity with business objectives and KPIs.
  • Innovative mindset with the ability to navigate challenges creatively.
