Capital Markets Expert

We are seeking a seasoned capital markets professional with expertise in equity fundraising and investment banking transactions.

  • Lead capital market transactions including IPOs, Rights Issues, QIPs, Preferential Allotments, and Bonds.
  • Advise clients on equity fundraising strategies, market positioning, and transaction structuring.
  • Ensure all deals comply with SEBI, RBI, and other regulatory guidelines.
  • Manage end-to-end deal execution - from due diligence, drafting offer documents, and coordinating with regulators to liaising with merchant bankers, legal advisors, and auditors.
  • Conduct financial analysis, valuations, and transaction feasibility studies to support decision-making.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with institutional investors, HNIs, merchant bankers, law firms, and intermediaries.
  • Stay updated on capital market trends, regulatory changes, and market developments.
  • Support in preparing pitch decks, investor presentations, and transaction reports.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to identify opportunities and deliver seamless execution.

The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of SEBI regulations and compliance, hands-on deal execution experience in IPOs, QIPs, Rights Issues, Bonds, or similar transactions, and excellent analytical, research, and financial modeling skills. Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities, along with an established network with market participants, are also highly desirable.
