Leading Executive - Insurance Operations

Job Overview:

We seek an accomplished insurance leader to oversee large-scale, multi-client operations.

  • Lead delivery across multiple accounts, managing 2000-3000+ full-time employees.
  • Drive operational strategy for performance excellence, compliance, and client satisfaction.
  • Own profit and loss, delivering on growth, profitability, and efficiency metrics.
  • Build strong relationships with chief executive officer-level clients in the North American market.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Operational Leadership: Manage a span of 2000-3000+ full-time employees across multiple insurance accounts.
  2. Strategy and Compliance: Drive operational strategy ensuring performance excellence, compliance, and client satisfaction.
  3. Financial Management: Own profit and loss, delivering on growth, profitability, and efficiency metrics.
  4. CXO Relationships: Build and maintain strong chief executive officer-level client relationships primarily in the North American market.

Requirements:

  • 15+ years of experience in insurance (property and casualty preferred), banking and financial services, or related domains with senior leadership experience.
  • Global Exposure: Experience working with US/NA clients and understanding regulatory and market dynamics.
  • Leadership: Proven ability to manage high-scale delivery organizations (1500+ full-time employees).
  • Transformation: Hands-on experience with automation, technology-led transformation, and process reengineering.
  • Financial Acumen: Strong profit and loss management and budget oversight experience.
  • Stakeholder Management: Strong executive presence and experience managing multiple client and internal stakeholders.
