Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze financial results and provide actionable insights to senior management.
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and support business units with performance analysis.
  • Develop and implement strategies for continuous improvement in financial processes and systems.
  • Lead long-term financial planning processes and ensure alignment with commercial objectives.
  • Oversee reporting processes and ensure robust internal controls on reporting accuracy.
  • Manage complex financial data and drive business growth through strategic financial guidance.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

  • Proven experience as a Business Controller or related roles.
  • Hold a relevant postgraduate qualification (CA/CMA/MBA/ACCA) with at least 5 years of post-qualification experience.
  • A background in a large organization and an international environment is preferred.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to negotiate with various stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with proficiency in Excel and Power BI knowledge an asset.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively.
