Project Coordinator Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will bring a blend of planning and execution experience in large-scale residential or township construction projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and monitor detailed project plans and schedules for multi-storeyed residential or township projects
  • Coordinate preconstruction and construction planning activities, ensuring alignment with overall project timelines
  • Prepare cost and resource plans, monitor usage, and provide inputs for efficient utilization
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including design, execution, procurement, and site teams
  • Identify critical path activities and work proactively to mitigate project risks and delays
  • Support in preparing progress reports, dashboards, and presentations for internal and external stakeholders
  • Ensure effective use of planning tools (MS Project, ASTA Powerproject preferred) to track and optimize project performance

Required Skills & Qualifications:
• Experience: Minimum 2–3 years in project coordination and 1–2 years in site execution in large construction projects
• Background: Residential or township projects preferred
• Skills & Attributes:
• Strong attention to detail
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong technical and analytical capabilities
• Ability and willingness to solve complex engineering and project coordination issues
• Proficiency in planning software such as Microsoft Project and ASTA Powerproject
• Qualification: B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering or related field
