RateGain is seeking a seasoned Senior Account Strategist to drive success for our customers in the hospitality technology space. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for driving customer outcomes, defining and optimizing the customer lifecycle, and managing customer success activities.Key Responsibilities
As a Senior Account Strategist, you will:- • Increase renewal rates and reduce churn through strategic account planning and execution. • Expand revenue in accounts through cross-sell and up-sell opportunities, leveraging your commercial acumen and understanding of hotel distribution technology. • Influence future lifetime value by driving higher product adoption, customer satisfaction, and overall health scores. • Develop and execute customized onboarding, training, and professional services plans to ensure seamless customer experiences. • Foster strong relationships with customers, identifying and addressing their needs, and providing strategic guidance to maximize their value from RateGain's services.
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will need: • A minimum of 10 years of experience in hospitality or travel technology, with significant time spent in account management or related roles. • An in-depth understanding of hotel distribution technology, including connections with OTAs, GDS, content, and other key stakeholders. • Excellent negotiation, persuasion, and consensus-building skills, enabling you to effectively manage influence and drive results. • Strong analytical and process-oriented mindset, with the ability to read commercial contracts and understand legal clauses. • A deep empathy for customers, combined with a passion for revenue growth and customer success. • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to distill complex technical information into actionable insights for non-technical stakeholders. • A demonstrated desire for continuous learning and improvement, with a willingness to adapt to changing market conditions and customer needs. • A salary range of $120,000 - $180,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
