We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow HRSD professional with a proven track record in developing and configuring the platform's various modules.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on development experience on ServiceNow platform overall, as well as experience within different modules such as ITSM, HRSD, CMDB, and EC Portal Development.

A successful implementation of a ServiceNow module requires strong knowledge of the ServiceNow Service Portal and a bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent is required.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and configure ServiceNow HRSD modules
  • Implement end-to-end solutions using ServiceNow platform
  • Maintain and troubleshoot existing ServiceNow configurations

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or equivalent
  • 5+ years of hands-on development experience on ServiceNow platform overall
  • 2+ years of hands-on development & configuration on the ServiceNow Service Portal
  • Experience within different modules within ServiceNow; ie ITSM, HRSD, CMDB,& EC Portal Development
