Job Title:

Senior Associate - Marketplace Expert

We are seeking an accomplished and detail-oriented Senior Associate to manage marketplace operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for various aspects of e-commerce platforms, driving sales and revenue growth on multiple platforms such as Nykaa and Meesho.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales Growth: Drive sales and revenue growth on multiple e-commerce platforms.
  • Market Research: Conduct market research and understand competition market trends.
  • Product Optimization: Responsible for product cataloging, A+ content, and search engine optimization of listings.
  • Relationship Management: Manage relationships with related personnel within the designated marketplaces.
  • Inventory Management: Handle inventory management in case of deficits.
  • Reporting: Prepare weekly and monthly reports and work with management to forecast future performance.

Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of managing e-commerce sales, with a BTech/BCom/MBA degree or other.
  • Interest and willingness to learn about the beauty & personal care sector is a strong advantage.
