Seeking a seasoned Contract Negotiator to drive end-to-end contracts management, contract reviews, and negotiations with Logistics Suppliers worldwide.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead negotiation from Contracts team to resolve contractual disputes by leveraging financial, operational, and legal expertise.
  • Influence and assist Logistics Sourcing in procurement decisions by supplementing legal and contract perspectives.
  • Identify critical issues in the contract, highlight market regulatory, and legal implications, and provide direction towards resolution.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of driving obligations assessment and management for assigned Suppliers, transforming contracts management functions into best-in-class Centers of Excellence teams, and implementing Contract Life Cycle Management tools.

Requirements:

  • LLB or Master's degree in Law.
  • Minimum 8-10 years of experience working for an IT company within Sourcing, spare parts sourcing, and logistics experience.
  • Experience of using Legal technology CLM Tool (Icertis Sirion).
