We are seeking an accomplished leader to spearhead the design and development of cutting-edge EV components. This role combines technical expertise with strategic leadership to drive innovation and execution in next-generation clean mobility solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the development of advanced EV components, including Inverters, DC-DC converters, Onboard Chargers (OBCs), and Battery Management Systems (BMS).
- Drive innovation in power electronics with a focus on SiC/GaN technologies, high-efficiency systems, and next-gen mobility platforms.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards: ISO 26262, AEC-Q100, ASPICE, and others.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Educational Background: B.E./B.Tech or M.E./M.Tech in Electrical/Electronics Engineering.
- Experience: 15–20 years in Automotive Electronics, EV systems, or Power Electronics domain.
- In-depth knowledge of converter topologies (LLC, PFC, etc.).
- Familiarity with EV systems: 400V–800V architectures, BMS, and chargers.
