Job Title: Critical Incident Resolution Specialist

As a Critical Incident Resolution Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in resolving complex technical issues across multiple business systems. Your primary objective will be to ensure operational stability and provide exceptional support to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Independently investigate and resolve critical incidents within specified timeframes.
  • Develop and maintain expert knowledge in critical incident management and related technologies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify root causes and implement effective solutions.
  • Provide training and support to junior team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  • Contribute to the development of incident management processes to improve service delivery.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proficiency in critical incident management and analytical skills to assess incidents and identify root causes.
  • Experience in creating and managing Requests for Change effectively.
  • Familiarity with knowledge management systems to update and maintain knowledge base articles.
  • Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and vendors for issue resolution.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in critical incident management.

Additional Information:

  • This position requires a strong background in technical support and critical incident management.
  • A minimum of 15 years of full-time education is required.
