Job Overview

As a key member of our team, you will develop precision-driven solutions in genomics and beyond.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and execute automated solid-phase synthesis processes and troubleshoot any issues that may arise.
  • Scale up oligo synthesis to mmol levels with >99% coupling efficiency.
  • Purify and characterize oligos using HPLC, PAGE, CE, LC-MS, UV-Vis, and MS techniques.
  • Maintain lab instrumentation, inventory, safety protocols, and standard operating procedures.
  • Develop and implement methodological improvements across functions.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Ph.D. degree + 2–5 years of experience in oligo synthesis and analysis.
  • Strong foundation in phosphoramidite chemistry, purification methods, and analytical techniques.
  • Bonus: experience with modified or therapeutic oligos, digital PCR/BEAMing.
