Job Title: Principal Infrastructure Strategist

We are seeking an exceptional IT professional to lead our infrastructure team in delivering cutting-edge solutions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving technical discussions, providing consultancy services, and troubleshooting complex issues.

Mandatory skills include experience with Managed File Transfer (MFT) using GoAnywhere, AWS Cloud, Python programming language, and file transfer protocols such as FTP, FTPs, SFTP, S3 & Connect:Direct.

  • Lead and mentor a team of engineers in designing, implementing, and maintaining infrastructure solutions.
  • Provide expert-level consultancy services to customers on various product stacks.
  • Drive technical discussions and stand-ups to ensure key deliverables are met.
  • Identify areas of inefficiency and develop automated solutions to reduce effort.
  • Expertise in troubleshooting level 3 issues for listed technologies is required.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan, coordinate, and apply patch/upgrade of FTP software to the latest version.
  • Coordinate and perform OS & DB maintenance activities to ensure optimal system performance.
  • Certificate management involving CSR generation, issuance, implementation, and validation.
  • Provisioning, deployments, and assistance related to service requests and user fulfillment.
  • On-call support for priority issues requiring immediate attention.
  • Understanding of vulnerabilities and their resolution as per security guidelines.
  • Disaster recovery procedures must be well understood and executed.
  • Audit requirements and coordination are essential tasks.
