Role: Technical Business Analyst - EDP Platform Engineering

Position Type: Full-Time Contract (40hrs/week)

Contract Duration: Long Term

Work Schedule: 8 hours/day (Mon-Fri)

Location: 100% Remote

The position supports critical operations across process improvement, data platform engineering and automation, cost management, and infrastructure operations. It contributes to the customer's strategic vision of expanding EDP data entitlement.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Supporting process improvement initiatives across various departments.
  • Designing and implementing efficient data platforms and automation solutions.
  • Developing and managing dashboards and reports using business intelligence tools.
  • Maintaining and optimizing cloud infrastructure for data processing and storage.
  • Analyzing data to identify trends and areas for improvement.

Required Qualifications

  • 3-5 years of progressive experience in data analysis, business intelligence, and cloud operations.
  • Advanced proficiency in SQL, Python, or R for complex data analysis and automation.
  • Hands-on experience with AWS cloud platform and FinOps practices.
  • Strong analytical problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills for cross-functional collaboration.
  • Experience with data visualization and reporting tools.
  • Understanding of infrastructure monitoring and cost optimization principles.
