We're seeking a highly skilled professional to join our team as a Project Portfolio Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for leading the planning and execution of multiple projects across various industries.

Our ideal candidate has 6-10 years of experience in Project Portfolio Management (PPM) and Project Controls, with hands-on experience in EcoSys configuration and administration. They possess strong cost management, budgeting, forecasting, and Earned Value Management (EVM) knowledge, as well as proven integration experience with SAP, Salesforce, EDW, Snowflake, or similar ETL tools.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Configure EcoSys portfolios, projects, contracts, modules, design cost classes, coding structures, WBS timesheet budget forecasting workflows change controls, and governance templates.
  • Establish baselines, progress capture, EACEVM calculations, variance analysis, dashboards, implement standardized monthly cycle forecast accruals, KPIs
  • Orchestrate integrations between Eco Sys and ERP systems to enable single source reporting.
  • Build portfolio and project dashboards, KPI cost schedule performance funding vs actuals leveraging EcoSys reports align to reporting cadences.
  • Translate governance into EcoSys processes gates approvals auditability author SOPs Runbooks and conduct user training.
  • Engage program leads, finance controllers, PMs, and data teams manage change requests and cutovers aligned to SoW deliverables.
