Senior Solution Consultant Position Overview

We are seeking a seasoned expert to lead the solution design, configuration, and delivery of Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE and the Power Platform.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design, configure, and customize D365 CE modules and Power Platform solutions to drive business value.
  • Translate client requirements into functional/technical configurations to ensure seamless implementation.
  • Drive process improvement and functional analysis to optimize system performance.
  • Collaborate with onshore teams for alignment and solution signoffs to guarantee quality deliverables.
  • Enable intelligent automation using Copilot, AI Builder & Power Automate to boost productivity.
  • Support QA, UAT, release planning, and post-deployment activities to ensure successful project outcomes.
  • Mentor junior consultants and contribute to internal best practices to foster knowledge sharing and growth.

Requirements and Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in D365/Power Platform (functional & technical roles).
  • Expertise in model-driven apps, canvas apps, Dataverse, Power Automate, and ALM principles.
  • Knowledge of governance, security roles, integration (APIs/Azure), and global/distributed team management.
  • Bonus: Familiarity with Azure, SharePoint, Teams, JavaScript, Power Fx, JSON, and other relevant technologies.

Preferred Certifications

  • PL-200 | MB-210 | PL-600 | AI-900 (optional but desirable)
