Job Title: Accountant

We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable accounting professional to manage financial records, handle daily accounting operations, and ensure compliance with statutory requirements.

The role involves maintaining accurate books of accounts, preparing financial reports, coordinating with auditors, and supporting management in decision-making.

  • Maintain precise financial records using accounting tools such as Tally, Zoho Books, or QuickBooks.
  • Handle day-to-day accounting entries: receipts, payments, sales, purchases, and journal entries.
  • Prepare and reconcile bank statements, vendor accounts, and customer accounts.
  • Manage accounts payable & receivable efficiently.
  • Ensure timely filing of GST, TDS, and other statutory requirements in coordination with certified accountants.
  • Prepare monthly/quarterly financial reports for management.
  • Assist in budgeting, cash flow management, and MIS reporting.
  • Support documentation for property/land transactions, agreements, and legal filings (as required in real estate business).
  • Coordinate with external agencies such as auditors, tax advisors, and consultants.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Commerce / Accounting / Finance.
  • Minimum 2–15 years of accounting experience (real estate or related field preferred).
  • Proficiency in Tally ERP, MS Excel, and other accounting software.
  • Strong understanding of GST, TDS, and statutory compliance.
  • Excellent organisational and record-keeping skills.
  • Ability to work independently and maintain confidentiality.
