Lead Visual Identity Designer

We are seeking a highly skilled Lead Visual Identity Designer to spearhead the creation of premium designs that connect with consumers and build brand loyalty across all touchpoints.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversight of the end-to-end design process for packaging, digital campaigns, website creatives, and offline collateral.
  • Development and maintenance of a consistent brand identity across all consumer touchpoints.
  • Leadership in designing social media content, ad creatives, landing pages, emailers, and influencer kits.
  • Collaboration with product and marketing teams to bring campaigns to life with compelling visuals.
  • Translation of consumer insights and brand strategy into innovative design concepts.
  • Mentorship of junior designers and freelancers; provision of creative direction and feedback.
  • Stay on top of design, beauty, and D2C trends to keep the brand fresh and competitive.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • 4-6 years of experience as a Graphic Designer, with at least 2 years in a senior or lead role.
  • A strong portfolio showcasing branding, packaging, and digital campaign design.
  • Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign); bonus if you know Figma/Canva.
  • Experience designing for D2C, beauty, fashion, or lifestyle brands.
  • Ability to balance creativity with commercial goals (conversion, engagement, retention).
  • Strong eye for typography, color palettes, and visual storytelling.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Nice to Have:
  • Motion graphics or video editing experience for social media.
  • Photography or art direction background.
  • Experience working in fast-paced startup/D2C environments.
