Talent Acquisition Specialist

As a key player in our team, you will be responsible for end-to-end recruitment of top cybersecurity talent. Your main responsibilities include:

  • Owning the recruitment process for various cybersecurity positions.
  • Partnering with leadership to understand role requirements and develop effective sourcing strategies.
  • Utilizing diverse sourcing channels to attract passive and active candidates.
  • Screening and assessing candidate qualifications, cultural fit, and technical capabilities.
  • Maintaining strong talent pipelines for future hiring needs.
  • Coordinating and scheduling interviews, facilitating debrief sessions, and managing the offer process.
  • Staying up-to-date on cybersecurity hiring trends, certifications, and skillsets to continuously improve recruitment strategy.
  • Ensuring a positive candidate experience from initial contact through onboarding.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's/ Master's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 3+ years of experience in talent acquisition, with 2 years of hands-on experience recruiting for cybersecurity or IT security roles.
  • Strong understanding of cybersecurity job functions, certifications (e.g., CISSP, CEH, CISM), and industry terminology.
  • Excellent sourcing and networking skills, including experience with LinkedIn Recruiter and Boolean search.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
