About Us:

Cywarden is a fast-growing cybersecurity and observability solutions company helping enterprises secure, monitor, and scale their digital environments. We are looking for a passionate Observability Engineer with hands-on experience in Cribl data pipelines, telemetry, and OCSF mapping to join our dynamic team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build, manage, and optimize Cribl data pipelines for observability and security use cases.
  • Work on telemetry data ingestion, transformation, and routing across multiple platforms.
  • Implement OCSF (Open Cybersecurity Schema Framework) mapping for normalized data sets.
  • Troubleshoot pipeline issues, ensuring high data quality and system reliability.
  • Collaborate with the engineering and SOC/NOC teams to support observability initiatives.
  • Document processes, workflows, and best practices for operational efficiency.

Requirements:

  • 6 months to 1 year of professional experience in observability, data pipelines, or related domains.
  • Strong hands-on experience with Cribl Stream/Pipelines.
  • Knowledge of telemetry data formats (logs, metrics, traces).
  • Familiarity with OCSF framework for security data standardization.
  • Good understanding of observability concepts and tools (Splunk, ELK, Prometheus, or similar).
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Exposure to security operations or monitoring platforms.
  • Basic scripting knowledge (Python, Bash, or similar).
  • Interest in cybersecurity and data engineering.
