Job Title: Lead Technology Specialist

The role of Lead Technology Specialist will be part of the Information Management (IM) function, responsible for administering and executing configuration management changes to ensure CMDB data integrity and robustness.

This position works closely with the IT ServiceNow System Admin and all process owners within IT, requiring strong technical expertise in external data source integrations, ITOM discovery, OT Module, and a solid understanding of SAM Module.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage CI data in a ServiceNow CMDB, including creating CI Data Health reports, identifying, and resolving CI data gaps to maintain CI data integrity.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and implement improvements to the CMDB.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • A minimum of 8-10 years relevant experience in an IT Industry.
  • 5 years' ServiceNow experience with a focus on IT Service Management (ITSM).
  • Strong understanding of IT infrastructure and components (servers, networks, applications).
  • Experience defining, documenting, and implementing CMDB governance processes and procedures.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • ITIL certified and Strong experience of ITIL processes.
  • Certified ServiceNow Admin (CSA) | CMDB Fundamentals | ITOM Discovery Implementation | CSDM Fundamental.
