Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled professional to manage and maintain the stability and performance of our digital products.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and troubleshoot issues with various internal tools
  • L1/L2 Support ownership of all hosting products (cpanel/plesk/vps/cloud/dedicated)
  • Handle incident response, troubleshooting, and fix for various products/services
  • Communicate clearly on tickets and calls made to the team about various issues
  • Exhibit a sense of urgency to resolve issues

Requirements:

  • 2-3 years of experience in system administration
  • Good understanding of systems, shell scripting, and networking fundamentals
  • Familiarity with Windows operating systems and applications
  • Experience with automation workflows and scripting languages

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Red Hat Certified Engineer certification
  • Cloud computing experience
  • Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and containerization
