Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to join our team as a Municipal Data Specialist. This role is critical in ensuring the smooth execution of real estate transactions by identifying and resolving issues related to municipal liens, taxes, utilities, and property permits.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collect property-related data from municipal bodies in the U.S. through outbound calls.
  • Accurately document and update lien, utility, code violation, and permit details.
  • Retrieve public records and relevant information from U.S. county/city websites.
  • Identify and escalate property-related discrepancies or red flags.
  • Ensure all data is gathered and entered in line with company standards and government requirements.
  • Share daily and weekly call logs and findings with the team and managers.

This role requires excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written, with a neutral or U.S.-friendly accent. The ideal candidate will be comfortable making outbound calls as part of a voice process and have 0-2 years of experience in an international voice process, customer service, or real estate/operations-related role.
