Square Yards has successfully expanded globally, with significant revenue from the Middle East, Australia, and Canada. Utilizing data analytics and VR tools, Square Yards aims to disrupt traditional marketplaces and establish the first MLS in India, while its B2C platforms such as Azuro, Interior Company, and Square Capital are leading their respective categories.
Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Real Estate Salesperson located in Bengaluru. The Real Estate Salesperson will be responsible for assisting clients in buying the properties. The role involves providing exceptional customer service, understanding client needs, conducting property tours, negotiating deals, and preparing necessary paperwork. The Real Estate Salesperson will also maintain extensive knowledge of the local real estate market and uphold all regulatory requirements.
Qualifications
- Real Estate License, Knowledge of Real Property and Real Estate
- Experience in Sales and Customer Service
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Familiarity with local real estate market in Bengaluru
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, or related field is preferred
- Minimum 6 month Experienced candidates are preferred
