Job Title: Business Transactions Specialist

Role Overview: A high-profile business transactions specialist is required to deliver a variety of real estate transactions, including capital and lease acquisitions, sale and leasebacks, and disposition transactions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage various real estate transactions effectively.
  • Collaborate with senior stakeholders to define objectives and requirements for strategy and transaction.
  • Ensure adherence to established transaction processes, business cases, and approval procedures.
  • Operate as a quality control point to ensure deliverables meet expectations.
  • Prepare and evaluate financial analysis documents.
  • Support clients in budget forecasting.
  • Forecast revenue and manage projects to meet cashflow targets.
  • Develop strong working relationships with clients.
  • Guide clients through the delivery process efficiently.
  • Manage brokers across geographies.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders and the wider corporate real estate team.
  • Oversee complex activities across multiple countries/properties/services.
  • Understand account profitability and develop an account plan to achieve revenue and performance targets.
  • Utilize technology and new products to deliver next-generation benefits for clients.
  • Evaluate solutions for clients and provide guidance on the best approach.

Requirements:

  • Effective Communication: Ability to clearly articulate ideas and manage diverse interest groups.
  • Results-Oriented: Confidence to liaise with all levels of management.
  • Adaptability: Positive attitude in a dynamic environment.
  • Experience: 6-8 years of experience in real estate, managing teams and working with multinational clients.
  • Collaborative Mindset: Collaborative and creative in initiating new processes.
