Pharmaceutical Sales Representative

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Field Medication Specialist to join our team at Herd Medical Foundation. As a Field Medication Specialist, you will be responsible for promoting our pharmacy services and products to residents in Nagpur.
Key Responsibilities:- Conduct door-to-door visits to societies to promote our pharmacy services and products.
- Engage with residents to explain the benefits and discounts of our pharmacy services.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Provide regular updates on sales activities and performance metrics to the management team.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with residents to encourage ongoing events and activities.
- Proven experience in sales or field marketing roles.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and achieve targets.
- Willingness to travel within Nagpur for fieldwork.
- Basic understanding of medicines and pharmacy services.
- Attractive incentives based on conversion rates.
- Training will be provided to enhance sales and communication skills.
