Job Title: Supply Chain Planning Consultant
We are seeking an experienced Supply Chain Planning Consultant to join our team and collaborate closely with business users and technical teams to implement and support solutions in Blue Yonder – Enterprise Supply Planning (BY-ESP).
About the Role:
- Cultivate relationships with business users to gather and understand requirements within the BY-ESP footprint.
- Translate functional specifications into technical design documents.
- Develop and execute comprehensive test plans, including Unit, Integration, UAT, and Regression testing.
- Troubleshoot system issues by focusing on root cause analysis and user communication.
- Drive custom developments by interpreting business requirements into functional/technical specifications.
- Conduct thorough testing, manage business sign-offs, and lead deployments.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful solution delivery.
- Maintain a strong understanding of PL/SQL scripting and Shell Scripting, including data flow between BY-ESP and SAP ERP/integration systems.
- Evaluate deliverables for adherence to organizational quality and timeline standards.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant work experience (4–8 years).
- Prior experience working with Blue Yonder – Enterprise Supply Planning (BY-ESP).
- A minimum of 1 end-to-end implementation in BY-ESP.
- Strong knowledge of Supply Chain Planning processes.
- Experience integrating with SAP ERP systems.
- Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with Technical Analysts, Developers, DBAs, Middleware & Infrastructure teams.

- Proven track record of delivering high-quality results under tight deadlines.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to think critically.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
