We are seeking an experienced Rewards and Recognition Leader to join our team at Azentio Software Pvt Ltd. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving performance and motivation across the organization through effective reward and recognition strategies.

The Position: Rewards and RecognitionThis role involves designing reward and recognition strategies, analyzing performance metrics, and collaborating with various departments to ensure alignment with company goals. Key responsibilities include:
- Developing and implementing an overarching reward and recognition strategy aligned with the company's objectives
- Designing and customizing reward and recognition programs tailored to different departments, teams, and roles within the organization
- Analyzing performance data to assess the impact of reward and recognition programs on employee motivation and productivity
- Communicating reward and recognition programs clearly to employees, ensuring understanding of eligibility criteria, targets, and rewards
- Collaborating with HR, finance, and other relevant departments to ensure seamless implementation and administration of reward and recognition programs
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Hands on experience in MS Office (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint)
- Ability to communicate effectively financial parameters to business
- Ability to work in matrixed organization and lead teams in a cross-functional setting
- Strategic, analytical, and pragmatic thinking with sharp commercial and financial acumen
- Ability to manage multiple, competing priorities in an energetic, fast-paced environment
- Comfortable with ambiguity, creative problem-solving and decision making
You should possess a Bachelor's degree in business administration, Human Resources, Finance, or related field (Master's degree preferred). Proven experience in incentive management, performance management, or related roles is essential.
