About the Role

Maersk is undergoing a transformative journey, redefining its approach to customer engagement and global trade. As a key player in this process, you will have the opportunity to shape the future of the organization. This role offers a unique chance to participate in the global finance transformation program while leading the Order-to-Cash (OTC) implementation engineering teams, driving the direction of the future SAP S/4HANA-based solution for a large global organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with product managers and engineering managers to define product vision, objectives, and key results aligned with business goals.
  • Translate business requirements into delivered products in OTC areas, including managing billable items from upstream, CI integration methodologies, and best practices.
  • Configure billing and invoicing processes for invoice aggregation, scheduling billing, and invoicing runs using billing plans, account assignments, online customer solutions, and master data.
  • Work hands-on in SAP solution delivery and configuration for OTC products across all Maersk business units.
  • Partner with OTC business process/activity owners to understand business requirements and solution design.
  • Deliver solutions that are heavy in integrations with other applications.
Requirements
  • Good experience as an SAP Functional Order-to-Cash (OTC) Engineer.
  • Very good domain knowledge and hands-on SAP experience in SAP Order Management, Billing/Invoicing, Managing Billable items from Upstream, CI Integration methodologies, and best practices.
  • Experience of having worked in large, complex, and fast-changing SAP environments.
  • Proven ability to work in both SAP S/4HANA BRIM and SAP ECC.
  • Hands-on experience of working in SAP BRIM Convergent Invoicing and FICA.
  • Experience with S/4HANA implementation or rollouts would be an added advantage.
  • Excellent consulting and problem-solving skills.
  • Hands-on experience in working in both agile and waterfall methodologies would be an advantage.
  • Excellent communication and articulation skills – both written and verbal.
  • Experience in Logistics and/or Shipping industries would be a bonus.
