Deliver Expert Advisory Services
As a Business Process Consultant - SAP S/4HANA BRIM, you will provide advisory and implementation services to evaluate, design, and configure end-to-end business processes for cross-industry customers. You will collaborate closely with your team members to ensure the success of the customer. You will drive innovation and guide customer transformations with excellent product knowledge and confidence.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Act as a trusted advisor on strategic accounts and face clients' middle and top management levels.
- Implement subscription order management / customer engagement processes for Utilities, Professional Services, Public Sector, Hi-Tech, and Telco Industries.
- Conduct show & tell workshops to demonstrate end-to-end customer service processes triggered from SOM / Customer engagement.
- Prepare business process design documents, functional specification configuration documents, and test scripts as per the project requirement.
- Design and configure the Interaction Center for various processes such as manage Master Data, Product, product bundle, AVC, and Transactions for customer service processes.
- Design and configuration of Interaction Center Web Client, Financial customer care, Customer fact sheet, Interaction records, Service request.
- Support knowledge sharing initiatives and identify training needs for strategic areas.
- Define and maintain consulting services definitions and maintenance and service delivery to the customer.
- Engage with C-level stakeholders in understanding business requirements, current solution landscape, and propose newer solutions and applications that provide enhanced value from the customer's perspective.
- Provide expert consulting services for customers and projects on SAP SOM/ Customer engagement solution.
What You Bring
Do you carry a minimum of 10 years' total experience with 3-4 years of experience in a lead SAP SOM/customer engagement/customer service consultant role? Are you an expert in designing and delivering end-to-end customer service processes for cross-industry customers? Are you skilled in managing senior customers as well as internal stakeholders? Are you analytical, self-motivated, and enjoy problem-solving? Do you enjoy continuous learning and working efficiently in a fast-paced environment?
Your Qualifications
- Possess in-depth knowledge in the cross-industry domain and experience working in Utilities, Telco, Professional Services industries.
- Experience in the implementation of S/4HANA for SAP SOM / Customer Engagement solution for cross-industry customers.
- Hands-on experience and deep knowledge of Customer Service processes, Subscription Order Management, and Master Data model, Complex product, Product catalogue design and configuration, Advance Variant Configuration, Contract Management, Interaction Center Web Client, Financial customer care, Customer fact sheet.
- Deep understanding of SAP's S/4HANA SOM/CE solution and service offerings including packaged solutions.
- Experience working with regulated / de-regulated market environments.
- Clear alignment and cooperation across Client and SAP teams.
- Experience in gathering requirements from Customers, Preparing the Business Process Design Document, configuring the system and preparing functional specifications and project-relevant documentation.
- Innovation mindset in identifying and developing new cross-customer topics.
- Bachelor's Degree – Master's degree preferred but not required.
- Certification on SAP BRIM / Utilities.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Team player and ability to work successfully in culturally diverse environments.
