About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled SAP S4 BRIM senior consultant to join our team in Mumbai/Bangalore. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting SAP S4 BRIM environments and peripheral systems to create current and future platforms.

You will translate requirements provided by stakeholders into actionable tasks and provide guidance to developers and support teams. This role requires strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills applied in a constantly changing fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the support of SAP S4 BRIM with specific responsibilities of Convergent Invoicing (CI) and Financial Information Customer Activity (FICA).
  • Experience in working on Corporate Credit, BITS creation, Billing, Invoicing, Smart forms, and Adobe forms.
  • Proficient in integrating SAP BRIM CI with external applications using direct connectivity and middleware solutions.
  • Provide training and support to end-users, ensuring they can effectively use the SAP BRIM system. Develop user manuals and training materials.
  • Manage projects related to SAP BRIM rollouts, upgrades, or enhancements. Experience in planning, execution, and monitoring of project timelines and deliverables.
  • Customize SAP S4 BRIM solutions to meet specific business requirements. Develop and maintain custom reports and dashboards.
  • Work with multiple teams across the globe and handle resources from multiple vendors while ensuring smooth and on-time delivery of project deliverables.
  • Exposure to Data Migration and automated testing tools is a must. Exposure to ServiceNow and Jira is desirable.
  • Provide technical support, troubleshoot issues, and propose solutions to problems encountered by users in SAP BRIM.
  • Work closely with various stakeholders, including the billing team, finance, and IT departments, to ensure SAP BRIM aligns with overall business objectives.
Requirements:
  • 6-8 years of experience on SAP S4 BRIM CI module including Corporate Credit, BITS creation, Billing, Invoicing, Smart forms, and Adobe forms and integrations with FICA, Convergent Charging, and Subscription Order Management.
  • Experience with upstream systems/modules and downstream reporting/analytics systems is desirable.
  • At least 2 life cycles of projects from Blueprinting to Go-live. Multiple years of production support facilitating year-end activities.
  • Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
  • Analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills applied in a constantly changing fast-paced environment.
  • Experience working with both offshore teams and third-party vendors preferred.
