About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced leader to fill the position of Office Head.

  • This role is responsible for driving revenue growth and ensuring that our office runs efficiently.
  • You will be responsible for tracking productivity measures, such as case rate, persistency, paid cases per agent, YTD appointments, retention rate, and annual FYC standards.
  • Business Development Managers under your supervision will need to adhere to linked sales and service standards.

A key aspect of this role is conducting weekly performance reviews (PRP) for Business Development Managers and formulating development plans to ensure their growth and retention.

To meet rural and social policy targets, you will help Business Development Managers use the AWS system effectively to maximize business from target markets.

Supearising the activity plan of Business Development Managers & Agents to ensure they perform according to desired standards is also crucial.

In addition, you will be responsible for ensuring that all Business Development Managers and Agents under your supervision follow company rules and regulations.

Key Relationships (Internal / External)

You will work closely with the HO team on coordination and sales promotion activities, and will be responsible for the overall running of the Office.

Desired Qualifications and Experience

To succeed in this role, you should have:

  • Over 7 years of experience in sales and sales management, recruitment, supervision, and development of people
  • Local market exposure and experience working in process-driven, quality sales system organizations
  • A Graduate degree preferably with an MBA
