Technical Support Team Lead RoleAs a Technical Support Team Lead, you'll be part of our growing Global Technical Centre. You'll provide innovative solutions for international markets, becoming an expert in the SolarEdge product offering and the solar industry as a whole. Based in our state-of-the-art office, you'll enjoy a collaborative environment, transportation, meals, and a competitive compensation package.
This role requires flexibility, including working in shifts. You'll lead, mentor, and develop a team of technical support specialists, fostering professional growth and teamwork. Key responsibilities include:
- Handling and resolving complex customer issues, ensuring timely and effective solutions while maintaining high standards of customer service.
- Providing guidance to team members on handling challenging customer interactions.
- Conducting regular team meetings and performance reviews, offering constructive feedback to improve team performance.
- Monitoring team performance metrics, ensuring service levels and performance targets are met or exceeded.
Key requirements include:
- 5-7 years of experience in professional customer service and technical helpline or remote support.
- Proven people management experience, with the ability to lead and mentor a team.
- Engineering or technical qualification in Electrical and Electronics.
- Experience working with solar electric products is a plus.
Exceptional listening and questioning skills for effective troubleshooting and customer interaction are essential. Outstanding written communication skills in English, with strong business communication proficiency, are also required. Adaptability and multitasking skills are crucial in this fast-paced environment.
