Sales & Fitness Specialist

Job Description:

As a Sales and Fitness Specialist, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service while promoting our fitness and fashion products. Your passion for fitness and your ability to communicate effectively with customers will help drive sales and contribute to the growth of our business.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Welcome and assist walk-in customers with product selection and styling advice.
  • Develop in-depth knowledge of our gymwear and activewear collections.
  • Meet and exceed individual and store sales targets.
  • Handle billing, transactions, and maintain accurate sales records.
  • Ensure store cleanliness, merchandising, and visual appeal at all times.
  • Build long-term customer relationships and encourage repeat purchases.
  • Support stock management, replenishment, and inventory reporting.
Requirements:
  • Experience: 1–3 years in retail sales (fashion/apparel/sportswear preferred).
  • Education: Minimum 12th pass; Graduate preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Enthusiastic, energetic, and customer-oriented.
  • Comfortable with POS systems and basic inventory handling.
  • Flexible to work weekends, holidays, and peak business hours.
